Who we are
We have four core values that guide everything that we do at New Heights Young Adults:
1. We are committed to doctrine
2. We stop at nothing to reach all people
3. We make disciples not just converts
4. We commission every member.
We accomplish these four values by discipling young adults and sending them out to make a difference in their world.
What to expect
We gather together every Thursday night from 6:30 until 8. Every Thursday night we gather together in a small group for a Biblically based video series and a time of discussion about what we learned. That is the core of what we do at New Heights Young Adults.
However, once a quarter we also come together for a New Heights Young Adult worship night. We have an extended worship time followed by a verse by verse message and a time for response. We also use these nights as a tool for evangelism by bringing in food and encouraging young adults to invite their friends. Then every single worship night will include a gospel presentation and an opportunity for young adults to place their faith in Jesus.
At New Heights Young Adults we believe that you were never intended to do life alone. Instead God has given us the gift of community to spur each other on to good works in Him. Meet our Young Adults Pastor
Jonah is a Minnesotan born and raised. Jonah felt a call to ministry when he was in 8th grade after a close friend invited him to their youth group. His heart for ministry grew as he spent a majority of his time volunteering at church, interning under his youth pastors, and running Bible Studies. Jonah met his wife Jenna while they were youth interns together. They moved to Cincinnati in the Spring of 2024 with their Basset Hound Ms. Marie. Jonah is passionate about teaching Gods word to students verse by verse and helping them understand and love the word of God.
